LingoPrep provides an online learning platform for language exam preparation, including practice content, progress tracking and AI-assisted feedback.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

Payments are handled by third-party providers. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or credits have been made available.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to disrupt services, bypass access controls, or probe for vulnerabilities.

You agree not to upload or share unlawful, infringing, abusive, or sensitive content that you do not have the right to share.

The platform, its content, and its branding are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the service for your own learning purposes.

The platform provides educational assistance. It does not guarantee exam results, admission decisions, or certification outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, LingoPrep shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse, violation of these terms, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
